WHO ARE WE?

We specialise in the housing of Corporate, Business, Contractor, and Tourist clients when they are away from home visiting cities. We do this by utilising the 'Short-Term Rental Market'.
"How does it work?"
As a company, we would become the tenant to your property for anywhere from 12 months - 5 years. From there, our company is responsible for all of the furnishings of the property, for paying the full asking rent every month, and for all of the bills for the property. We would then house our clients in your property for the duration of the tenancy.

Over the last 2 years, we have built up a very reputable name for ourselves by providing every client a 5* stay whilst staying in their 'home away from home'. In order for us to maintain this reputation, we have to look after our landlord's properties to the absolute best of our ability. This means deep cleans at a minimum of 2 times per week by our professional cleaning team, every single bit of maintenance that may occur during the tenancy is dealt with immediately by our maintenance team, that every time one of our clients walks through your front door, the property is found in a super clean, showroom like condition at all times.
All of our landlords get their properties handed back to them in the same, if not much better condition than it was given to us in. Even after 5 years tenancies! Thats our promise!
We take care of all the bills, maintenance, handling of clients, management and anything else that comes with it.
That makes this the most passive and stress-free way to earn money from your property asset.

CONTRACTS
We have legally binding contracts written up by solicitors at the ready, for when a landlord wishes to go ahead with a tenancy with us. Because of the nature of the business, we can move in immediately which saves the landlord money on any void periods of having not having paying tenants
PEICE OF MIND
Every landlord we have worked with has either given us more of their properties or recommended us to other landlords. We are happy for you to do credit checks and take references. We are also happy for you to carry out checks on the property however frequent you feel necessary to help build trust in our company and how well we look after your property
